As I watched this I couldn’t help but think of the devastation that has occurred in Haiti on Tuesday and continues. I feel for those people with whom I shared an island for two years. They are humble, poor, and all close to their families. Family is all that many of them have. I hope the suffering in that country can end quickly as many relief organizations attempt to arrive with supplies in the small nation.
While many Haitians do not have even a house now, food, or clean water, we in the United States are immensely blessed. Through this disaster we can appreciate even more those basics necessities, and having those needs met choose to have an “Extraordinary Life”. In the context of recent events, consider choosing to have an “Extraordinary Life” since many people around the world cannot at this time.
How do you live an “Extraordinary Life”?

Have you ever been inspired?
Have you ever listened to somebody speak and felt that you could improve something in your life? Have you ever been in a class and listened to a fellow student share an experience that made you be better? Have you ever read a book and thoughts on how and what to do better simply flowed? Even, have you had a life changing moment that made you step back from the routine, the day-to-day, and look and think deeper?
If you have then you are like me. I’ve had those moments come and go. They’ve motivated me and then they’ve left me to the daily grind. But… What if we could have those moments when we choose? What if rather than waiting for inspiration to find me, I found inspiration itself?
I argue that we can find inspiration, daily, if we would like. This blog will be my laboratory where I test this hypothesis. I will draw on videos and stories, new inspiration and old. I will look for new ways to find inspiration, and innovate with old stories.
Have you ever been inspired? I hope as you follow this blog, you will be.
